How should truffles be stored?

The truffle is a very perishable type of food and should be consumed immediately. However, it can be kept in the refrigerator for a few days, depending on the species of truffle.

To store truffles in the refrigerator, it is necessary to:

  • dry them properly
  • put them in a clean glass jar or sterile container
  • place a few sheets of paper towels in the container
  • check it every day and replace the paper towel if it is too damp.

Any form of storage will cause the truffle to lose some of its characteristic flavours.


I received my fresh truffles with a delayed delivery. What should I do?

The truffles I ordered are no longer fresh after I received them, what should I do?

Fresh truffles are a natural product. Please check the contents of your delivery upon receipt and contact us within 24 hours, preferably with a photo. Contact: [email protected]




Can I change my order afterwards?

Our aim is to ensure you receive your order as quickly as possible. We therefore start processing your order immediately after you have placed it. This means that orders can no longer be adjusted.


When will I receive my order confirmation?

You will usually receive your order confirmation within 24 hours of placing your order. Please also check your spam folder if you have not received it.
