The Truffle Sauce (summer truffle 2%) is one of our best sellers: thanks to its typical Truffle and mushroom taste and its easy use. These qualities make this product perfect for many recipes. Its texture smoothies and creamy make it ideal for  Truffle Toasts and Truffle pizza.

Black truffle patè in extra virgin olive oil to enhance the flavor of any dish. Heat the cream for 5 minutes in the pan after adding some salt and extra virgin olive oil: use it as a condiment for a good first course of spaghetti or a pizza with mozzarella and prosciutto.

It is also ideal as a condiment for croutons and filling for appetizers.

We recommend to use a quantity of 15-20 g of sauce per person.
