Selected Summer truffles - a fresh alternative!!!

Ingredients: Summer truffle (tuber aestivum vitt.) Water, salt. Gluten-free
Ideal for finishing off dishes and starters.
Also use the preserving liquid inside the jar as a condiment.
RECIPE : Strangozzi with Summer Truffle x 3 people
250 g Strangozzi with Truffle,1 jar of Summer Truffle 50 g,Extra virgin olive oil
Grate the truffle in a frying pan, add the extra virgin olive oil and the preserving liquid from the jar, season with salt and heat for a couple of minutes, drain the pasta and return it to the frying pan for a further 2 minutes.
